this one is tricky, because I love the product but the shipping and damages to the packaging scared me quite a bit.  To the point I took several pictures in case I unboxed and it may be broken or work improperly.

It's very late in the season where I live, but I have been able to use it once.  The product itself I love, but there may be an issue with the distributor it's coming from because the packaging and product shipping condition were unacceptable the way they arrived at our home.  

The trimmer works great and the edging transition is simple.  I'm quite tall so I also appreciate that the shaft is adjustable based on what length you prefer.  Battery life seems great, I used less than 1/2 the battery both edging and trimming our 1/2 acre yard and driveway/sidewalk
