Love the mower, but the crate and pallet it was packaged on were broken.  There was no lubricant in the differential and the chain case appeared to be filled with general purpose grease.

the mower is as expected and I am pleased with it--however delivery was not as expected or usually provided by another service..Inspection was impossible since the mower was fully crated and deliverer refused to uncrate and remove debris even though extra liftgate payment was made.

Service was okay not great. The website said it was in stock when ordered and said i would get in a 1 week or 2 weeks. Well it didnt show up for about month. I had to call a couple times just to get an update. When you spend this kind of money you hope to get better service. I also ordered with this mower was a mulching blade. I still havent seen it but i have been charged for it. They said it was shipped on the truck well it wasnt. Next i will just go to my local store so i dont get stiffed for $200. Oh also they dont tell you that the lift gate trucks are an extra $150. They get you with the free shipping until that.

Happy to receive the mower.  No problems w/delivery.  Just wanted to touch base on 2 items.  In the "Setup Instructions" it talks about lubrication for the differential and chain case.  Have you done that or do I need to fill those?  It's a great looking mower and I can't wait to fire it up.  Please reply on the "lubing" and I'll be a happy camper.  Stay safe.  Danny

Delivery was on time. Tech support was very helpful. Lawn mower has quite a few safety switch. Person I talked with helped me to find out which switch might be the problem. He went so far as sending me a picture of the switch via email. Turned out to be the one under the seat as he thought it might be. Just needed to be snapped in better. The mower it self is great. Made out of 95% steal. Small enough to get through my back yard gait. Engaging the blades takes a little to get used too. Lawn looks like a carpet when done because of the "Vac" I recommend finding the right height before doing a large area. I have mine on 4. It does cut in reverse as well. Which I use in the finishing cuts.

My Snapper Classic 15.5hp 33inch mower is fantastic.  My purchase experience with Jacks has been really pretty bad.  The problems started immediately after I submitted my order. The $ amount of the order required verification of ID and address because my address needs to be updated on my card. No big deal right. I was directed to call a phone number nobody is staffing because of the covid. After calling enough times to figure out the futility of this number I emailed backed and explained that nobody is staffing the phones. ID and address photo scanned and emailed. A full two weeks later my mower is in the city I live in. UPS Frieght is awful in every way. My mower was damaged. Jacks responded, we'll send you some repair parts. No discount, no complimentary anything, just we will send you repair parts someday when we get them. Good luck repairing your new mower. A mower I paid nearly full msrp for. I wish I could have dealt with my local dealer but the covid has the local dealers closed. I sure hope my parts arrive someday.
