I had a problem with my mower starting. I could not use it for three weeks. No human response from HUSQVARNA after many attempts. They only have automated responses. One service center no longer serviced these mowers although they were listed on the website. Another service center never replied after numerous attempts. I had no way to load a non-moving mower anyway. I finally found out that the seat switch was not engaging. I had to fix it myself.

Love the mower.  It was delivered very fast and well packaged.  There was an issue where a part was missing.  I am pretty sure it came loose in shipping.  I called Moers at Jacks and they sent me the needed part, with no hassle.  I am very happy with both them and the mower.
