I gave the purchase a 3 only because the purchase price was the best of all the sellers.

On 3/11/21, I placed the order on line after speaking with Steve who indicated that the Z254F was in stock. Turns out it needed to be ordered from Husqvarna. Delivered on 3/31/21.

I also purchased forks specifically for unloading the mower from the delivery truck. Turns out that the mower shopped without a skid, in a water filled plastic cover. There would have been no way for my loader to lift the mower from the delivery truck.

It took ~ 20 minutes to cut away the plastic and figure out ho to manually pull the mower from the front of the truck. Part of the problem was that some of the cover had wrapped itself around the right rear axle and was bound up.

By some miracle, there was only one item damaged. The top edge of the seat

had a 1/4" nick to which I will apply some adhesive to so that it doesn't get worse.

I took photos of the mower in the truck and the water filled cover, but could not attach them to this review.

The UPS driver should be commended for his effort to make this deliver.

Received the mower on an eighteen wheeler. Delivery driver suggested I take a look at the mower before I had him unload it. The packaging was fine, wrapped up really well, but when he unwrapped the mower, there were several areas that had been damaged and/or scratched. Now in hindsight it leads me to believe that the mower was in damaged condition BEFORE it was wrapped up.

When the mower was returned the lady who called to see if I wanted to take money off (a whopping $100 on an almost $4,000 mower) or get my money back I said no. Even to get the mower in perfect condition it would have cost me more than $100 to fix. When I buy something that expensive, I expect it to be in good condition.

NOT a fan of Jacks, won't recommend.

I actually have three questionsFirst question how much assembly is required for the z254f mower Second question triple bagger part number 591111401 is all the hardware included i my final question am I able to put a rear hitch on the mower to pull a yard trailer or lawn sweeper
