Jacks did well with the order, but this was a drop shipped item, so they did nothing to ensure that it was shipped from the distributor correctly. It showed up with no key and the battery disconnected with no hardware. Jacks provided these items, but I
still had to go to their warehouse to get them. I would rather have just gone to the store location and picked up the mower in a ready to go status.
Showed up with some balance issues between the tire speeds, which I am sure that I will be able to address once I download a copy of the owners manual. No, that wasn't there, either. This is the kind of checkout I would have expected the store to do to
ensure that the product was ready to go when delivered. I mean, I had to pay an extra 50 dollars for the privilege of not driving 10 miles to pick it up.
I don't dislike them, and I have always had good luck at their store, but I think they kind of phoned it in on this one. They could have done a little more to ensure that the product was delivered ready to go. Maybe they are just used to dealing with commercial
customers and expect retail customers to know how they operate.
