Review:

The brush cutter works well however, the J Handle does not fit at all. The instructions and actual configuration make it impossible to attach. Also the blade is fairly dull and does not hold an edge well.

MowersatJacks gets 5stars, the 4 stars is not their fault. I’d hoped Husqvarna had gotten it together but sadly still no English manual in the box or anywhere online that I can find, they still either send the wrong hardware for the j-handle or it mounts in a very strange way,and the D ring for the shoulder harness will not fit the shaft and needs to be mounted to the handle where it is somewhat in the way.

Having said all that I did get the Jhandle mounted though it seemed too clunky so I removed it, if you speak one of the 20 or so languages (other than English) that are included in the 3 manuals you are ok, and after all it’s a brush cutter so not exactly rocket science so it works just not what I’d expect from Husqvarna.

The actual operation of the cutter is awesome. This received 3 stars for 2 reasons:

1. The box had 4 booklets of instructions. Not one contained English. I had to use the pictures to guess if i had the parts put together right.

2. Since I had no instructions, I could not assemble the included handle correctly. I believe this was also because the hardware was not correct. After 45 minutes I gave up and decided not to worry about the handle.

Once I got everything tightened up and used the cutter, it performs great on my 525LK. The blade nut did come lose on first use, so I'll have to keep an eye on that. I do like the included travel blade shroud. Nice to keep the sharp edge protected.
