The Husqvarna HU700F is a self-propelled lawn mower, powered by Honda's GCV160 residential engine. Best deal in town. The mower is excellent, one pull of the cord and off you go. The hose attachment is a nice feature to clean debris from under and around the blade. The price was far better than anyone can receive in New York and w/o tax and shipping makes it a great value.

Nice mower. The motor seems very stout. The wheels and the hardware that connects them to the mower base are cheap and look frail.

There is more lateral play than I'd like and it feels a bit sloppy.

Good mower. For me front wheel drive self propelled is a must. This is replacing a RWD TroyBilt with the same Honda 160 engine. AFter using my neighbors mower once I knew I needed to go back to FWD. Price was more than reasonable after the $50 Husqvarna visa card mail in rebate, which has already arrived.

Put gas in it, pulled the rope a few times, and off it went. Really good for the very first time starting it. Drive wheels work very well. I've only used it once so far, but I look forward to a long life with this mower.

Generally mows well. The mulching capability is less than average. If your grass is a little higher than normal, you will have to make a couple of passes to avoid leaving grass clumps on the yard. Starts well but the self-propelled drive lacks power to get up small hills. Better suited for flat yards. The handle is a little awkward. No matter what height adjustment I make on the handle, it just doesn't feel comfortable when you push the mower. The design would have been much better if it included a quick release lever to go from mulching to bagging so you do not have to remove the bag.

The mower is great, cuts well and runs well, so says my yard maintenance man. However getting it to me from Jack's somehow the package was dropped and the front wheel was broken, also two small bolts were missing. Jack's shipped the necessary parts right away. But overall it took about 3 weeks from the time I ordered to when I had a working mower. Not Jack's fault. Again nice mower, started new on second pull, and ever-since on the first pull.

Easy to start, powerful, cuts well as well as collecting and mulching. The front wheel drive has its advantages but sometimes slips when there low traction due to the weight being ofset towards the rear wheels, its a tradeoff. Regards it is a very good mower and I'd recommend.

I like the mower! Even my 12-year old can start it with one pull.Easy to handle and easy to keep clean. The only thing I would change is the front wheel drive. I would rather go for the all wheel drive now after I have used this one a few times. Especially on long (and moist) grass, the wheels start slipping. Otherwise a very good product for the price.

My family and I have been using other mowers for the last 15 years and I've wanted to try a Husqvarna with the Honda engine for some time. So far I'm really impressed with our purchase. Our mower showed up in 4 days, was easy to assemble and runs like a watch. We have been mulching our lawn for years and this Husqvarna mower mulches way better than the competitors. Honda engine purr's like a kitty and has plenty of power. The height adjustment is nice because my wife and I are both tall. Thank you Jacks for the pleasant purchase.
