Tractor only ran for 2 hours. had to have it taken to a repair facility where its been sitting for the last 2 weeks waiting for a part??? customer service was no help in finding a local repair shop other than crediting the fee to pick up the mower.i would not purchase this product in the future.

Thus far, the purchase, and the service of the equipment, have been better than I expected.  However, with less than two engine hours on the tractor - a slow leak has developed in one of the rear tires.  If there is no evidence of damage to that tire, I may be pursuing a warranty claim on that matter. Otherwise, the mower is very easy to use and delivers excellent results.

This is the best lawn tractor I've owned. The performance exceeds my expectations and I'm looking forward to getting the snowblower attachment and using my Husqvarna year round.

Jacks delivery was on time as promised. Great people to work with.

The mower was delivered perfectly.. But the engine was loud upon start up and is currently being looked at by certified mechanic. only used 5 hours. Would not buy a husqvarna motor again.

Review:
Just bought this because my craftsman was almost 11 years old and I use it to mow and for snow thrower attachment (new Husqvarna thrower last year was a perfect fit).
I would rate this a 5 except that it arrived with the crate smashed up and loose parts missing.  Called Jacks and was told that it would take weeks to get them, so I ordered new ones (Key and oil drain hose) from Amazon and got it the next day....  Got no response from Old Dominion shipping. 

After the first use, it has stopped dropping to low idle when throttling down--it only runs fast.  Not a loose cable but the throttle linkage is a bit messed up and won't let it idle down.  

Mechanic looked at it.  He is familiar with the Husq engine and likes it.  He believes it was not assembled correctly in the final stages--the cover bolt was not even connected among other things. For now it runs very well at high speed even when throttled down.

Otherwise, it runs and cuts beautifully, and steers like a dream compared to the Craftsman.  Had 5 Briggs and Stratton engines in two tractors over 15 years, though, so I'm hopeful that this engine, which is quieter and more powerful, will last longer!  The Husqvarna tractor and mowing attachment are definitely more sturdy, as was the snow thrower.

Great lawn tractor. I wish there had been better instructions for first-time use. It took phone calls to both Husqvarna (which was not helpful) and also to Jack's to get it running. If you don't mash the brake pedal all the way, it won't start. Didn't mention the choke. Once I figured those issues out, it runs great and cuts great.
