The equipment would be fantastic if only UPS Freight had not damaged and lost parts in the shipping. Back orders for parts are slow and easy to blame on Virus issues but does not help when the bags are missing, the mulching blades were lost, the grass
chute was cracked, and the knobs to keep the seat from falling off are on backorder. It has been a back jarring experience to use this beautiful machine with less than perfect pieces. 3 weeks and still waiting.
