Review:
They never told me it gets delivered in a crate. Picture a 300 lb lawn tractor in a crate dropped in your driveway by a tractor trailer. Now what! It was a bear to get out of the crate. I finally used a chain saw to carefully cut the crate apart because
you couldn't get to the nails with a hammer and they were the screw nails that don't come out easily.
There was also no manual with the tractor so you had to download it. Guess that was their plan to cut costs for them and have that cost moved to your printer. What if you didn't have one? Tough Luck!
After the disappointing start it is a great mower especially if you mow on hills. It has the heavy duty transaxle (K66) and has a locking differential so no tire slip. The locking is done by pressing a button but if you forget to turn it off it is tough
to turn as it wants to go straight.
Overall, happy. As it replaced a John Deere 54 with 130 hours that stopped going up hills. Plenty of power on the JD but not to rear wheels. If you look it up, any standard hydrostatic drive fails at about this point and it's about $850 in parts to fix
it for another 130 hours.
Good luck!
