Review:

Received our Honda EU2200 generators and the accessories I ordered about a week after ordering them. After adding the correct quantity and type of oil to both generators, they both appear to run. I have ran one for about 20 hours and the other for about an hour to date.

The only negative issue I experienced was one of the generators I received had a cracked plastic cover that wrapped around the control panel. Neither box was ripped or punctured upon receipt so the damage wasn't expected or evident from examining the packaging itself. Thankfully, this damage apparently didn't affect the operation of the generator, but... when you buy new, you expect to receive your purchase in perfect condition.

I created a "ticket" on Jack's web site as soon as I discovered the damage when I unpacked the generators and included pictures of the damage I was reporting. I have heard nothing from Jack's on this damaged cover to date. I even offered to replace the cover myself if they sent a new one. Guess I will wait a little longer to see what comes of it.
