One word sums it up for this ego trimmer.
Fantastic!
I wish I could say the same for Jack’s small engine
They were slow to ship, and did not respond to
My three attempts to contact them concerning the whereabouts
Of the product.
I would not recommend this company to anyone
Several of the hex screws that hold the grip handle
And string guard were missing.
You guys at Jack’s need to do better than that
To get me as a return customer.

A powerful trimmer that's easy to load.  A strap should be included though, it becomes heavy after a while.  Great trimmer as long as the battery holds up, hopefully for many years.

Build quality is top notch and it operates smoothly and quietly. The string feed advance works great. My only con is it is a tad heavier than my Stihl FS trimmer.
But I am 70 now so that is my problem.
