I'm so pleased that I purchased the EGO combination trimmer and edger from Mowers at Jacks. It is working very well, although heavier than I had considered. My edges look professional, which is important as I have a corner lot with a whole lot of sidewalk! I'm getting the hang of the trimmer since it is much more powerful than my previous plug-in trimmer. I sure love not having to go back and forth so many times to get things looking great.

I recently purchased the EGO MHC 1502 Multihead system with a string trimmer and edger.  I have used both the weed trimmer and the edger both.  Awesome machines!  The product is well balanced with the 5 ahr battery on the back, and rips thru the toughest weeds and low brush.  The cutting line is tough enough to cut grass near rocks and fencing and you don't need to constantly bump the feed to let more line out. The edger is also very heavy duty and easy to use.  An adjustable wheel helps set the depth of cut and a split trailing flap helps with the alignment of the cutting wheel when running down the sidewalks. I am very happy with both products and look forward to trying the cultivator attachment next.  I had to wait a few weeks for it to come in on back-order, but well worth the wait.  You can get cheaper machines but you they will not work the way the EGO cutters do.  Cudos to Mowers at Jacks for carrying quality products, having a great team who kept me posted on my back-order and quick delivery when it came into their warehouse.  Great product, Great company (Mowers at Jacks), and good pricing.

We really like the fact that you can change the ends to other tools. We have 2 now but are going to purchase the hedge trimmer next. It is a little heavy and awkward to use at first but we’ll worth the money.

I have used the trimmer once or twice........nice power. I've done about 1 hour of weed-wacking and it works great; that's about as much as I can take so no problem. I have not used the edger; will do so soon. So good power; great starting; quiet. You do need to order the shoulder strap separate which I found strange but I have done so. Overall happy so far
