I am using the mower primarily to mow an unoccupied, neglected lot in downtown St. Louis, which I am currently using to keep bees. It's a tough mowing job, given the nature of the lot's vegetation. This mower is fabulous, and it's everything promised in the description offered by the manufacturer. It is powerful and effective, plowing through thick weeds and grass that is often over three feet tall. It is quiet, and surprisingly easy to handle and maneuver. I've been bagging the clippings to use as mulch, and it is remarkably well designed to both collect the clippings without clogging, and for readily managing removal and re-attachment of the clippings bag. In short, it's a very well engineered tool.

The charger effectively recharges a fully discharged battery in less than 90 minutes. The battery provides about 1.5 to 2 hours of mowing under conditions that are far more demanding than lawn grass.

I've done about 6 hours of mowing so far, and I am completely satisfied with this lawn mower, despite my initial misgivings about the cost. The warranty indicates to me that the manufacturer has high confidence in the reliability of the tool, which I appreciate!

Mower has worked very well. Have had a Honda previously before this and it cuts just as well. Battery charge as advertised...75 minutes. Only problem I had was went it was delivered the box was a wreck...tears and holes. Looks like it was thrown around! Luckily, the mower was fine.

The EGO LM 2156 in my opinion, is a "dream machine" and a "battery beast". It cuts my entire yard (12,000 sq. ft.) on a single charge. I use the adjustable self-propelled option sparingly for inclines and it takes me about one hour using the mulching blades. It's lighter than my gas mower, but not too light that it would float. It hugs the ground, and I cut my lawn at the # 4 height. I love not having to use gas, oil, spark-plugs and air filters. This time of year, (May and June) I cut the grass twice each week so I don't have to stop and empty the supplied bagger. The mulcher blades leave very fine clippings that are nearly invisible and good for the lawn. The LM 2156 is the top of the line, cordless, "walk behind push mower", and it came with multiple blades, a rear bag, side suite, 56v 10ah battery that weighs about 10 lbs. and a fast 1hr. quick charger. When I'm done mowing, I blow it off with my cordless leaf blower, slide the adjustable handle down, fold it up and put the compact unit in the shed, and it takes up very little space standing upright. It's a little pricey, but in my research, it outperforms everything else in it's class. In April this year, (2022) I couldn't find this model locally at Ace Hardware or Lowes, but with the help of Google, I found it at "Mowers at Jacks" at the same price with free shipping, and I got it in three days ! Check it out. Thank you EGO, and thank you "Mowers at Jacks" !
