HEATING COIL
Heating Coil, elliptically wound cold process of stretched reduced full body normalized ASTM A53/APIPSL schedule 80 and 160 pipe and is structurally braced to minimize pipe wear and vibration, all completely sealed with ceramic blanket with stainless steel coil skin for total efficiency. You will save time and money on heat up time and fuel every time you use an Easy Kleen hot water cleaning systems.
BURNERS
Quality North American made 12 volt and 120-volt oil fired burners controls with adjustable thermostats are used for efficiency, dependability, and serviceability. Is equipped with a cleanable fuel filter.
FRAME
Rugged 11 gauge bent one piece plate steel frame with welded ¼" double plate and bracing all Powder Coated high gloss with service port for burner and houses 10-gallon fuel and gasoline tank. All components are assembled from the top plate as plate is either threaded or welded bolts head for super ease of service. Super strength 1 ½" tube frame designed for lifting and protection of all components as they built inside the frame. Units are available in skid mount, skid mount including tank, super wheel kit, truck mount and trailer mount.
INCLUDES
Liquid-filled pressure gauge, fully adjustable pressure regulator and chemical injector, 50 ft hose, gun, and wand with five nozzles.
