I was a little worried ordering over the internet to a new website in a different State, so I gave them a call. I asked them a few questions and one was exact measurements of the mower. They quickly took a measurement and answered all my questions. So I placed the order and it came within 4 days.

It looked like it was kept inside and in its original plastic. Other companies keep them outside. Rolled it off the skid it was shipped on, put in gas and hooked up the battery and off I went. Worked perfectly with no problems.

LOVE IT! Best purchase that I have made in quite some time. I searched for a while to find a small zero turn mower as i have limited space to keep it. Cuts very well. Easy to move around and fits in the garage perfectly.

I had was the delivery truck had a lift gate

It was a challenge for the drive to take it off

I ordered the mower from Jacks and it arrived very quickly even though in was during the Christmas holidays. When I unpacked it, everything seemed to be alright. The seat was in a down position, and when I put the seat in position, I noticed that the top of the seat was damaged. I texted Jacks and sent pictures of the damage and they replaced the seat very quickly. I love my Zero Turn Mower from Jacks as it get the job done very well and quickly.
