Jacks offers free standard freight shipping to any address within the lower 48 states (excludes Honda commercial mowers, mid tine tillers, and rear tine tillers - In-Store pick up or local delivery availability only).
This does not include any optional Lift Gate Fee.
Lift Gate Fees: A $50.00 lift gate fee will be added if you choose this option during check out.
Lift gate service lowers your package from the freight truck to the ground safely via a hydraulic lift.
Without lift gate service, you will need to unload by hand, at a loading dock, or with a fork-lift. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments.
A lift gate charge will apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.)
* A nominal freight charge may apply for delivery to certain destinations.
Parts and/or accessories that are ordered in addition to your power equipment, are shipped UPS GROUND unless another method is preferred.
The shipping charge for these items will be separate from your equipment purchase. Below is a chart that indicates the fee for Ground Delivery to the Lower 48 States.
- Orders of up to $20.00: Shipping is $7.95
- Orders of $20.01 - $40.00: Shipping is $8.95
- Orders of $40.01 - $60.00: Shipping is $9.95
- Orders of over $60.00: Shipping is $10.95

We only ship power equipment to the lower 48 states within the United States. This means we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international location.
Most parts are in stock or available in 1-2 business days. Some parts, special order parts not listed by picture on our web site, may take longer.
We have set up very efficient suppliers and if your local dealer says it is not available for an extended period, check with us.

Return Policies
Power Equipment is not returnable. All warranties that are currently in effect can be handled by a local manufacturer’s dealer.
However, Jacks offers free technical support to assist you with any problems or issues you may have.
These are MowersAtJacks.com's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from MowersAtJacks.com
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return a product. We have listed the necessary steps to do so below.
- All products returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by calling Customer Service at (877) 737-2787.
- Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from MowersAtJacks.com.
- Any product that has been installed or used.
- Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage.
Please Note: Any product returned to MowersAtJacks must be new, unused, complete, marked with a valid RMA number, and less than 30 days after original invoice date.
Anything else will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a 20% processing charge for any return. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Engines are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.
Electrical
Electrical items are available for exchange only. MowersAtJacks.com understands that ordering repair parts can be difficult at times. So we allow you to exchange electrical items ordered incorrectly to be returned for the correct item.
Manuals
Manuals are sold as final sale (not returnable).
Gaskets
Gaskets and seals are sold as final sale (not returnable).
Engine Powered Equipment
Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.
According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase.
In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company check will be sent to the purchaser.
The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund.
Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information,
the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.

If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as
well as a Warranty Authorized Return number to be able to return the defective part.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, call our Customer Service Department during normal business hours.
Unless the order is a special order item or the product has already shipped, your order will be cancelled without penalty.
If your order is for a special order item, we will have to verify with the manufacturer that the order can be cancelled.
You would be responsible for any restock fees charged by that manufacturer. If your order has already shipped, you will have to request an RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting customer service. You will be responsible for returning the shipment.
There will be a restocking fee and no reimbursement for the original S&H charge.
Will Jacks sell my name and address to other companies?
We do not sell any information to other companies. All information is for MowersAtJacks.com and JacksSmallEngines.com only.
