Chainsaws

Chainsaws

If you have more than a few trees on your property, then you'll need a chainsaw. Cut up fallen branches with ease. Prune dead or invasive branches in minutes. Fell a tree in just a few more. Avoid back breaking chopping of firewood.

Mowers at Jacks has residential, prosumer, and professional chainsaws from Husqvarna, McCulloch, Oregon, and RedMax. We're also your source for Factory Reconditioned Chainsaws.

Chainsaw Quality - Commercial, Prosumer, and Residential

Residential, Prosumer, or Commercial

Before choosing a chainsaw, consider the quality of the saw that would best fit your cutting needs. We separate our chainsaws into Residential, Prosumer, and Commercial qualities.

Residential chainsaws are for the light-cutting less experienced users, where the Prosumer saws have increased ease of use and higher performance. Commercial chainsaws are for the everyday high demands of a professional logger or arborist.

Chainsaw Condition - New or Reconditioned

New and Reconditioned Chainsaws

Mowers at Jacks carries New and Reconditioned Chainsaws from Husqvarna. These models are factory reconditioned and come with a 90 day warranty.

Recon units do not come in the original box. Husqvarna says that an A ranked unit "will be gently used and cosmetically looks good," while a B ranked unit "will be more noticeably used and will have scratches and scruffs as well as faded plastic."

Outstanding Chainsaw Durability

Outstanding Chainsaw Durability

Whether you are out in your yard trimming some branches or up on a mountain with the rest of the Ax Men, you need your chainsaw to be durable in any environment.

Almost all Husqvarna chainsaws come with a forged three-piece crankshaft. You can be sure that these chainsaws can stand up to even the toughest cutting jobs out there.

Ergonomically Designed Chainsaws

Ergonomically Designed Chainsaws

Cutting has never been so easy. Husqvarna's chainsaws are ergonomically designed to reduce fatigue, improve handling, and add convenience for all your cutting needs.

The handles are designed to provide a more comfortable, solid grip, and isolate vibrations from the engine to lessen operator fatigue. Easy starts, low weights, and slender bodies decrease your stress and strain while using these chainsaws.

Chainsaw Safety - Chain Brake

Chainsaw Safety

You can never be too careful when it comes to operating a chainsaw. Husqvarna chainsaws offer a range of safety features to prevent injuries.

A chain brake is one of the most important safety features when you want to quickly prevent or stop the chain from rotating. The inertia activated chain brake stops the chain when the saw kickbacks or is dropped, protecting you from injury.

Electric Chainsaw

Electric Chainsaws

Whether you're looking to do some pruning around the house or quick cuts on the job, an electric chainsaw is a convenient alternative to the gas chainsaw.

Husqvarna's electric chainsaws can plug into an electrical outlet for easy indoor or outdoor use. Oregon's cordless electric chainsaws feature a grab-and-go battery pack and the PowerSharp System that automatically sharpens your chain.
